Through that journey, I learned two things:

​

1. Women are exceptional at sales.

Not because we’re louder or more aggressive, but because we listen deeply, build real relationships, and lead with clarity and empathy.
Those aren’t “soft skills.” They’re revenue skills.

2. Sales is one of the fastest paths to real wealth, career security, and personal freedom.

When women learn how to sell their way, with confidence, strategy, and support, everything changes:  your income, your options, your trajectory.

But the challenge? Women rarely get coached in ways that reflect how we actually sell.

We’re often told we're “too emotional,” “too direct,” or “not direct enough.”  We get interrupted, underestimated, and under-coached even though the data shows women often outperform.

 

That’s why I built Your Sales Era.
